Manage Groups

Groups can be assigned to the suppliers to help organise them. Create and assign as many groups as you like and use them in filters.

Adding a Group

Step 1: Enter your credentials and click 'LOG IN'.
Step 2: Click the Settings 'cog' icon in the left side menu.  

You will be redirected to the Team page - click Groups.

Step 3: Click '+Add a group'.

Enter the name of the group - click Save.

Editing a Group

Step 1: Click the Edit icon beside the group you want to edit.

Step 2: Make the required changes - click 'Save'.


Deleting a Group

Step 1: Click the Delete icon beside the group you want to delete.

Step 2: Make the required changes - click 'Save'.


Creating a New Group via '+Add a Supplier'

Step 1: Click Supplier assessments, then Modern Slavery Assessment.

Step 2: Click 'Suppliers'.
Step 3: Click '+Add a Supplier'.
Step 4: Enter the Supplier details, the Group name and then click 'Create new group'.


Managing Groups on the Supplier Profile Page

Step 1: Click 'Supplier assessments', then 'Modern Slavery Assessment'.
Step 2: Click 'Suppliers' and then click on a supplier

You will be redirected to the Overview page.
Note: Use the search filters at the top of the Suppliers list to find the supplier quickly.

Step 3: Click the Edit icon beside Groups.

Enter the Group name and then click Create new group.
