Provide Supporting Documentation
Your client may request documentation as part of their approach to modern slavery. If supporting documentation is requested by your client, please follow the steps below.

Providing Supporting Documentation
Step 1: Enter your credentials and click 'LOG IN'
You will be redirected to the My assessments page.
Step 2: Click 'Modern Slavery Assessment'
You will be redirected to the Overview page.
Step 3: Click 'Assessment'
The Supporting documentation details will be displayed, with the number of documents required to be uploaded under each assessment section.
Step 4: Click 'Edit assessment' to be redirected to the Supporting Documentation page
All assessment responses for which a document upload is requested, will be displayed, with the total number displaying in the top right corner.
Step 5: Click 'Select or upload a file'. Upload the file, then click CONTINUE. Preview the uploaded document, then click SAVE AND CLOSE
Notes:
- If the assessment response is no longer applicable, you may update the response to remove the document upload requirement.
- Once a file is uploaded, it will be added to your library. This library of your documents is only accessible to your active Team members, for ease of file selection for upload.
- The maximum file size for PDF format is 5mb.
- An optional comment can be added for the client's reference. e.g. Please refer to page 10.
The Supporting documentation page will be updated with the completion status. Repeat this step until finished.
Step 6: When you have finished, click CONTINUE
Step 7: Review the responses and the uploaded files, then click 'Submit assessment'
A notification of successful submission will be displayed. Click Explore your report to view the Reports page, or click Close to return to your Assessment.
Your client will be notified that you have responded to the Supporting documentation request.
