Request Supporting Documentation

As part of your Modern Slavery Assessment process, you may wish to request supporting documentation from your suppliers. Please email the Customer Care Team at helpdesk@ipro.net to enable this feature.

Notes:

  • Supporting documentation can only be requested from a supplier with a Status of Current, indicating that their Modern Slavery Assessment has been completed.
  • Based on their responses, a supplier may be asked to upload a maximum of 32 supporting documents.
  • Requesting Supporting Documentation


    Step 1: Enter your credentials and click 'LOG IN'
    Step 2: Click 'Supplier Assessments', then click 'Modern Slavery Assessment'
    Step 3: Click 'Suppliers'

    A list of your suppliers will appear with their respective Supporting documentation status. 

    • No status appears: The supplier has not been requested to provide supporting documentation 
    • Requested: The supplier is yet to provide all of the supporting documentation 
    • Completed: The supplier has provided all of the supporting documentation

    Step 4: Click the Supplier with the status of 'Current' to request supporting documentation

    You will be redirected to the Overview page.
    Note: Use the search filters appearing at the top of the Suppliers list to find the supplier quickly. 

    Step 5: Click 'Assessment', then click 'Request documentation'

    Step 6: A message will display confirming the number of documents the Supplier will be requested to upload; click 'SEND REQUEST'

    The supplier will be sent an email requesting that supporting documentation be provided.


    The Supplier assessment page will display the Supporting documentation status, along with the number of documents to be provided within each section.


    When the Supplier has submitted all of the requested documents, the Supporting documentation status will update to Completed, along with the number of documents uploaded within each section.
