Add a Team Member

You can add a team member to your account in 4 easy steps
  1. Log in to your iPRO account
  2. Go to Settings > Team 
  3. Click + Add a team member
  4. Enter details and click Save
You can resend the invitation email to a team member in 4 easy steps:
  1. Confirm the team member's email address
  2. Go to Settings Team > invited team member
  3. Click Actions
  4. Click Resend invitation email

Adding a team member

Step 1: Enter your credentials and click 'LOG IN'


Step 2: Click the Settings 'cog' icon in the left side menu  

You will be redirected to the Team page.


Step 3: Click '+ Add a team member'

Step 4: Enter the team member's details and click 'SAVE'

Note: Click + Add preferred name to enter your colleague's preferred name if applicable, then click SAVE.


The invited team member will receive an email with a link to join your account.


Resending the invitation email

Step 1: Confirm your team member's email address

Step 2: Click the Settings 'cog' icon in the left side menu

You will be redirected to the Team page.

Step 3: Click on the invited team member

Step 4: Click 'Actions'

Step 5: Click 'Resend invitation email'

The invited team member will receive another email with a link to join your account.
